How to generate Test Request and select available Laboratory


  1. Login using existing credentials
  2. Enter Sample details
  3. Select any approved Laboratory from the list.
  4. Await for confirmation from the selected Laboratory.
  5. Additional Step – In case of non-availability of selected Laboratory, select any other approved Laboratory.
  6. Print the Test Request with QR code.
