How to request for other changes

Login with your existing credentials.
Go to Profile update.
Select appropriate option.
For name/address change, upload Business License in English (Copy of certified translation is required, if the document is in foreign language).
Upload supporting documents on company letter head.
Upload appropriate documents for other request.
Pay the required fee and generate a receipt.
